Runny nose in tortoise

I am having runny nose problem with one of the my star tortoise.
I am currently giving oral Baytril now.

I live in Colorado. It's experiencing 80% humidity for the last one week.

How can I keep humidity down?

Running a dehumidifier in the same room the tortoise is kept in is the only thing I can think of.
