I am far from an expert on Drys but, I can tell you this much they will challenge what you believe to be normal.
I would not be the least bit worried or surprised if the snake doesn't eat for several weeks. Just be patient.

Good luck!

What is the snake?

How old is the snake?

How are you keeping it?

How warm is it?

Clue us in on what you have and you'll get a better answer.

Huh...seems I temporarily forgot how to scroll down and read previous posts. Sorry about that.

You know, my little YTC's spent very little time outside their hides for the first few months here. They still don't come out much. But they are a bit more confident.

I just toss the food in front of the hide box and if they're hungry, it's gone in a few minutes. Since my babies were cb and already eating, well I can't be much help with a baby that isn't totally eating just yet.

When you do get that guy eating, feed it all it will take as often as it will take. Get yourself a monster. That's what YTC's are all about.
