Cage for the day.

How bad do you think it would stress out a juvenile cham. if it stayed in a 10 gallon overnight? I need to furnish the ESU ventilated cage before I stick it in there. How bad do you guys think that would be for a day? Thanks! I'm new to them, but long time reptile lover =]

Overnight, you'll be good. I've heard different reports on why you shouldnt keep chameleons in glass enlosures, and from what ive gathered it comes down to ventilation and reflection causing stress. since its only one night, ventilation shouldnt be a concern, and since its a juvenile, you needn't worry about it becoming stressed from his/her own reflection, since they really don't know aggression towards one another until they reach their sexual maturity.

Besides, overnight...he'll be sleeping.

I say go for it.
