What are you feeding the turtle? What kind of habitat is it living in?
What are the temps in your set up? How long have you had her? How long has she had her eyes closed? did you soak her in warm water? did that help? is her nose runny? are her eyes crusted? could you post a picture of her? What type of substrate do you have her in? Do you have a UVA/B light over her as well as a basking light?
I know these are a lot of questions, but the answers will help us help you.
Ok, I have to do the obligatory post here...take the turtle to a qualified Veterinarian. This website has a resource for finding a herp vet in your area. The help that we can give is mainly in regards to husbandry, which is preventative in nature. A medical issue needs to be treated by a Vet. Good luck, I hope it all works out.
Her eyes were dry. I soaked her and they opened. I guess it was not humid outside enough for her. Thanks for all the responses. Ronnie
It's good to know your boxie's eyes opened after soaking.
However as a preventative measure; may I suggest that you administer one drop of vitamin A into each eye. You can just use a pin to break open one of the Vit A gel caps made for people. Slowly sqeeze one drop over and into each eye.
The next day....Soak him/her again in 90 degree water for at least 45 minutes. It'll greatly help it's eyes, and give it's immune system a boost and may also prevent some other respiratory problems. Don't give more than one drop per eye. More is not always better. Have the heat on one side of it's enclosure up a few degrees higher than normal if possible for the rest of the week and keep us posted.

Were would I go to get the Vitamin A. Ronnie
You can purchase Vitamin A from any Health Food store or even the health food section at Wal Mart; or your favorite food's store shopping center. Buy the GEL CAP stated as pure Vitamin A.
The Vitamin A oil made for people is much better than the red diluted liquid stated as an aid for reptiles. That product intended for reptiles is virtually worthless.
Sorry my posts are late; but I'm on the road and can answer when I have access to a computer.
