western x mexican hognose

was wondering if its possible to mate a western and a mexican hognose? i know that they are closely related. can this be done? maybe too add some albino genes in the mix, for an albino mexican hognose?

Mexicans used to be a subspecies under the Western group. They have been elavated to species, but I would imagine that their former subspecies classification means they are capable of interbreeding. Breeders on here should know more.
