what the heck is this?

I found this rakeing my yard in central Florida. its black with an underside that is one shade lighter and it wiggles like a warm but moves like a snake. it has no distinguishable head. the tail comes to a bit of a point that seems to act as an ancher to the ground. it also has a tongue just like a snake. as you will see its only about three inches long and very small.. it has to be the smallest snake i have ever seen. Just checking so I can make sure there are no poisonis snakes in my yard.
