not going to the bathroom?

well i fed my 1 yr old male Ralph a roach 3 days ago, and he has been acting and eating fine except he hasnt gone to the bathroom, and the little bit that DOES come out during bowel movements is just like liquid and a few body parts of the roach i think...should i soak him more and give him a few drops of mineral oil to drink> thanks
