guavas?

does anyone know if guavas are safe for box turtles? i was thinking of planting a tree in thier pen but i want to double check before i start planning..

my pets: clown treefrogs, reed frogs, big eyed treefrogs, tiger leg monkey frogs, gray treefrogs, milk frogs, cuban treefrogs, whites tree frog, green treefrogs, squirrel treefrogs, blue webbed gliding treefrog, red eye treefrogs, chameleon treefrogs?, mossy treefrogs, dusky salamanders, tiger salamander, box turtles, mud turtle, map turtle, yellowbelly slider, florida softshell, two saltwater tanks, five cats, two chinchillas, and a boyfriend.

I typed in the words guava & poisonous in a search engine & came up with this link that shows guava limbs are safe for pet birds:

Birds are so extremely sensitive, I'd think if it's safe for a parrot then it'd be safe for a box turtle.
Besides the fruit is edible for humans isn't it?
