I have! I have several Hondos that I did not brumate last breeding season. 1 male 2 females, I got good fertile eggs from both females. When I lived in Puerto Rico I did not brumate or hibernate any of the snakes. I had corns and milks, they were exposed to the natural cool air of the nights during Nov thru Jan. It would get down to about 68F at night and in the high 80's during the day.

I know two people in Cleveland who have been breeding Hondurans without brumating them for several years now.
