A nice way to start the day....

A few dozen nice healthy babies and no slugs, no stillborns, no preemies. I stayed up late last night to see this but finally gave up. Apparently I just missed it this morning because the mother was still a little tired. Oh, she still tried to take my head off, but not to awfully hard, LOL.

My God....look at that crazy peaked little guy in the very front of the first pic. What are the parents to that litter?

35. A few less than I had predicted when she was gravid (39), but hard to complain. Lots of insane peaks in there, and even a couple of these little gems. I'll take some more pics later, they're kind of a handful.
