Our savannas copulated during the summer. My female laid eggs this past week. Our male found them first, and the one egg that did survive had already dried up. I was just wondering because I had read before that they will lay a series of eggs over a period of time from one copulation. I am not sure if this is true and was wondering if anyone knew a rough estimate of how long the females will be fertile with the eggs from copulation until they are laid, and the time period between the separate batches if this is true. I am not sure of the spelling for copulation but I will assume that you all understand what I am talking about.
Thank you
Christina
