I have had an adult kingsnake for about two years now, and have not really wondered what sex it is until now. I just recently rescued another adult. I would love to try and breed, and have been reading everything I can, and talking to everyone I know. I am ready to hybernate them, but the one question that I do have is, how do I know what sex snakes I have? I do not know how to probe them, and don't really know anyone close that could for me. Would it work to put them in together and closely watch them for an hour or so? If they are the same sex, what would happen if I did that? Is there any way I could tell just by looking at them?
