Cool Looking Bi/Tri-Colored Hognose....

I everyone, I wanted to share a picture of a Tricolored Hog...has a couple of red scales on the animal. I like this one.

Oooooo...I am jealous. That one is STUNNING!! Was it born bicolor, or did it gradually loose the red?

Hey Jenea...thanks for your comments...he is sweet. But you being Jealous...Ha, from what I have seen, you have some fine critters yourself!

I have a pair and both started out as reg. Tris, with normal amount of black tipping. I beleive these are F1 from WC. The black on these are jet black. Below is an earlier pic. Thanks, Ken Diehl

Thankyou for the complement. The reason I asked is because I have this little guy. Just a few months old, but he has gone from this

to this

in just a few sheds. Matter of fact, he just shed this week. At first I was hoping he would stay light....now I am hoping he will lose the red....
quite a change huh? I know the first pic is a little whited out, but he came out of the egg pink colored!

Very nice!! I have a couple of babies that are going black this year too. One had the most white on any baby i have ever produced, now its nearly black!!!!
