UTH Help, Please!!!

Ok...I inderstand the concept of Flexwatt heat tape, and I understand the fact that this tape needs to be controlled by some sort of device, be it a thermostat or rheostat...I just don't understand the mechanics of putting the two together! I am a complete newbie when it comes to this, as I have always used glass aquariums. I recently bought a rack system and need to suppy the heat source for it. Can anyone supply either pictures of a correctly put together flexwatt/moniter system or easy instructions so I can get an idea as to how I am supposed to create mine? Thank you so much from a confused individual! Lol.

the 89.5 is what I set the thermostat at for my incubator not for my actual snakes you will have to adjust the thermostat to your desired temperature

Thank you soooooo much! I am a very visual person, and you can't get any clearer than that! Thanks again, and thanks for the advice about the heat settings as well.
