different rates also. So a measurement does not really garentee age. They don't even fully mature until almost 3 years old, and live 10- 15 yrs. if all goes well and they stay healthy. So don't worry about age, at that size it's either a juvey or adult.
Any more questions, we will give it a shot LOL Eve

another question , if my lizard opens her mouth really wide and backs up some does that mean shes angry, i tihnk she is cause shes running back and forth staring at her reflection...

or warn you before she bites , hehehhehhe when you put you hand near her, do not go in from above her head, this scares them, a preditor would come from above, such as a bird, to eat her. Always put your hand slowly towards her from the side or lower than her head from the front, its less threatning. She or he will get used to you in time! Eve

im not even trying to pick her up lol, im jsut sitting there watching her, i think shes gaping at her reflection lol

Even if your not trying to pick them up, they can still get scared, there may be a bit of reflection, but she probably still sees you and regards you as more of a threat than another lizard. (and if she is female, she wouldn't feel threatened looking at another female in the glass anyway.) My female sometimes runs into her cave if I am looking at her from 5 feet away.
