hey guys I was shopping in target the other day, and I saw something that gave me an idea. I was wondering what you all thought of taking something like this and using it as a rack system. I was thinking you could run some heat cord through it, and it might work. I dont think it would work to well for baby beardies, because i dont see a way to get the UVB lighting in. but possibly geckos. I dont really see to much of a difference between this and the bookshelves with rubbermaid shoe boxes that people use, but I just wanted to see what you all thought before i tried it.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't use that system. I like it better than rubbermaid tubs. You can see in them easier too. I guess what you keep in them makes the difference. Jumpy or skittish ones may not like being seen, or the ones who like you pointed out need UV. Even then a vitamin/calcium with D-3 should make it workable.
