hello, i have been in the uro forum and was looking into them, but i saw these. how big do they get? what are their needs? what is their real name? i saw many names and got confused. any help would be appreciated.

can you be more specific with your questions. There are a lot of "these". Cyclura get big, ctenos not as big. Both get bigger and need more room than uros.
