Put a human heating pad on the floorand some hides on top of it. Put a dish of water nearby. Check nightly.

Also look around at night, 10pm-3am are good times, leos are most active then and will tend to come out from wherever they are hiding.

I read one guy on this forum who lost a hatchling, and found it a year later, fully grown!

I personally have had a gecko missing 5 months, and found it healthy and well.

Don't give up hope. In fact, I have never heard of anyone who has lost a leo and not found it alive.

I lost one a few days ago...brand new hatchling.
I had accidently left the tub open while taking pictures.
It wasnt until maybe 3 hours later that I noticed she was gone.
Anyway, I searched and searched EVERYWHERE...every place I could think of..but no gecko.
So I decided to check again the next day...and 5 minutes into looking (in the same spot I had already checked thouroghly) there she was!
The best thing to do is keep checking...the place you checked before and found was empty could give you better results the next time you check it, as we all know they like move around.

Good luck with your baby, and remember...DONT GIVE UP! KEEP CHECKING!
