The rest of my eggs did not make it, Only the 2 hatchlings this time. I'm very happy they did well. Don't know why the other eggs went bad. Hopefully next time, they will all hatch ! Eve

Yea Meghan and mike are staying at my sisters for the night,so i'm in charge just got done with 3rd time today,the size of the bump is the same but it's all one color now,the color of the ring maybe a little lighter,so something is happening,he looks good,is eating good and very active ! i'm glad i took him to the vet, i'm thinking he'll be OK thanks for asking - jim

I can see the hole again it must have closed-over,but 3 times i found two little (pinhead)white chrystals near his nostriles ? it has to be from the antibacterial cream (baytril),like they formed exhaling,werd ! anyhow he's doing good - jim

Hey Jim this is normal sometimes it appears their nostrils are clogged with white, it is just their body ex-spelling excess salt, I have Uromastyx lizards that acually sneeze the excess salt out all over the glass funny, but strange when you never saw it before. Eve

Well if I could get some money, I could get 2 of my critters mates. Everyone that needs one except for Squig. There's a male day gecko at PetzPets (the place I sold the pictus geckos) for $70. I found a guy that could sell me a female uroplatus henkeli but it would be upwards of $100. So = P. The job hunt really hasn't been going at all. My standards are too high. I don't want to smell like hamburgers when I come home. I'll figure somehting out though. = )

Sorry to hear about the eggs. I've had the same problem a few times. It's really bad when they're almost ready to hatch, then don't. I don't like the idea that there's a lizard 99% developed inside either.
I've even had two die with just their heads sticking out of the casing. I guess they just got too weak trying to get out and didn't make it.

Thanks, I felt so bad, because as I knew they were not going to hatch I opened them and found perfectly formed baby lizards, looked so cute, but skinney and dead, shame, the eggs were big white and full up until hatching time and then, just stopped, bummer ! Makes ya feel bad. I got 2 cuties though ! I was happy about that ! Thanks for telling me of your experience, it helps to know. Eve
