What would you guys do for a baby snake with a prolapsed cloaca? I have made an apointment at the vet for tuesday, but I want to try some home remedies until then. I have been soaking him daily and applying a little antibiotic cream to his vent. I put him on a damp paper towel substrate.
He prolasped 3 days ago, and I pushed it back in, then he went 2 days of soaking and defecating successfully with no prolapse. I thought he was on the mend. Then tonight while soaking he peed and prolapsed again but this time I couldnt get it back in.
