I'd say male, try and get a side shot of him. It's still hard to tell at this age but I would go with male.

Definitely hard to tell at that young of age, usually sexing is best around 6 months and up because they haven't fully developed yet.

you wouldn't be seeing the testes anyways. HEMIPENES are what you'd be looking at. And at that young of an age, it's difficult to visually sex leos. Give the little guy/girl another few months to grow and it will be easier to tell with a glance.
As I stated it is hard to tell, but put me down for 5...I'm guessing it's a male. 
I think it's a male too, but he's such a little dude still...
yes, i am thinking male as well. however, puberty does some strange things. haha
