I have a few questions with regard to things i was told were impossible when i got my first crested a few years back but i am now starting to hear may be possible as people are learning more about them and working with them.... if anyone has any info on these things, please feel free to tell me whatever you know or even what you think....
1. is temperature sex determination a real possibility, i have heard that some breeders are having success with some kind of complicated series of temperature changes...
2. are the traits and colors proven recessive, dominant, codominant or anything else at this time, at first i was always told that every gecko is a surprise and the parents' looks have no bearing on the offspring, but with the number of successful breeders producing particular characteristics, genetic is clearly at work here. does anyone know what type of genetic inheritance is at play?
3. finally, i know that females can retain a males genetic material for at least a few months, but if they mate with another male, does that negate the first males or can the offspring be either daddy's baby?
