I keep reading about having a proper balaced calcium to phosphorus ratio in your feeders, but I can't find anything about how you get it, or how you gage such a thing. I did find that mealworms have a bad ratio. Just a thought.

I printed out the nutrition chart (in color) and when I first got my bearded dragon would take it (the list, not the dragon-lol!) to the market to choose foods both for Darwin and for my feeders.

Lots of good info on her site even if you don;t have a beardie
