I prefer the high contrast Kansas locales.
It's all good! Love the even specks, the high yellows and the funky checkerboards to boot! Heck, I even love the one's from Texas!

Awesome Matt! Put me down for a checkerboard as this gal is HONGRY for a mayun! Those are sweet! Here's your old girl, she is a savage with mice but sweet to hold. And some updated pics of a screamer male from Calhoun co., Texas and a real neat male from Refugio co., Texas.

You have assembled one heck of a group! When is that gal gonna throw some babies?!!
When you send me some awesome male that has her phenotype!!! LOL! I really don't want to throw just anything in with her, although I do have the Arizona male and a generic splendida male that have no prospective mates. Look one up for me and we will do the deal! She is awesome in her own rights and my camera skills do her no justice!

That snake should have gotten its own post! The Specs were nice too. Ever seen one of the hi yellow line from MS?
Tony, yeah that goini is nice ain't he?
And yes I have seen some eyeblinding yellow holbrookis from here in MS(where I live you know...lol). But I have released them all because I'm looking for the perfect pair from the MS delta region. After seeing some of the ones that Terry Vandeventer has collected over the years I have been in hot pursuit of those famed animals. He has a couple of males from MS that are so nice you'd wet yourself if you saw them. They are between 75-85 % covered in spots. Each scale is barely laced with black and covered in yellow. They look like solid yellow snakes from a distance. They are kinda creamy yellow though. They look very similar to floridana, but with black edges instead of brown. They're awesome.
I love those holbrooki! Great pics!
