yep- to both.. i have fed silkies to my Cwd before and he loves them.. they are soft bodied and very high in calcium.. you can use them as a staple for beardies. i don't know about a staple in wds though..it can get kind of spendy and they can get running stools if fed to much..kind of like earth worms.. and the hornworms would be good as a treat.. they are very healthy but do contain quite a bit of fat...
