Thats an awsome bell! Id consider it to be a sunglow though...

Some basic info for the question a few replies up:

That bell is the result of breeding the bell gene into the Super Hypomelanistic tangerine carrot tail line. Basically its a SHTCTB *and* a bell line albino at the same time.

There are more genes at work than a simple recessive patternless gene.
