Just a question about lighting. I have a bull and a gopher in a room that doesnt need anymoore heat. The cages peak at 83 with out any source of extra heating. I still want to give them a good day night cycle. I have them in regular glass aquariums in a bright room. Should I use any other light source like a bulb that gives off very little or no heat?

if you have windows in the room, you couldn't cycle them any more perfectly. i'd leave well enough alone......
