How are those Pectinatas I sent you doing?
Do you have any Pics? I would like to see what they are turning out to look like.

Manny
thriving. They are super spastic and never calmed down. They look almost exactly as they did when you sent them. They do eat enough to maintain but are very stressed. They are out and about when I am not around but the minute the see any sign of movement out of the cage they freak, running into the hidesand sometime missing the hides and banging into the walls, etc. I have another large male the same way. It is funny my conspics, melanosterna, and oedirhina don't like me but as long as I do not handle them they seem to lead a pretty normal life. It is only the pectinata and similis that are spastic. I hear the yellows are not that way at all. I even talked with Kelly P. and he said his wc pectinatas were the same way. I think he got rid of his because of that.
It's true about the yellow pectinatas. Very tame and one of the most enjoyable iguanas I have. I think it's hit or miss with the non "true" yellow pectinatas. No wc adult reptile will ever be tame. The can make possibly good breeders but never pets. Have you ever seen a wc tame green iguana? No. I have a wc pectinata from Manny, and although skittish at first, after about 6 months she allows me to put my hand in the cage to change food and water without bouncing off the walls. If I try to touch her, "no go". This is fine for me, because I don't handle my animals. If you purchase some of the baby pecs from Manny, these should grow up to be calm well adjusted lizards.
