breeding temps

EvoMorphs Oct 28, 2006 07:58 AM

Hey
New to boa breeding and I am seeing so many different way that people are doing their temps to start their breeding. So I was wondering if I could get some more ideas on what I should do. Some people cold down when others just put their male and females together at room temp. What do you do?
Thanks for the help.

Everyone has differen't opinions on this. My best addvice would be to try one way one year, Try another way the next and see for yourself which works best. Ive done bolth with equal results. But keep in mind two things if a male is too warm he's not as fertile in my opinion, And if thier too cold they bolth can aquire respritory infections. I myself drop the tempature some by unpluging the heat tape and just run the room tempature. Which works for me!. I run 82,83 during the day, and 79,80 at night.Anyway just my opinion. Thanks Daniel.
