Yesterday I got a female motley hatchling from South Mountain Reptiles. She is beautiful. I have to give it up to Don of South Mountain, the snake he sent me is excellent and he was a good guy to do business with. I didnt't think she would eat today after being shipped from Texas and handled a good amount yesterday, but now she is hiding in her ceramic tree stump with a full belly. She really is great. I wish I would of taken some pictures before I fed her. In a few days hopefully I'll have some pics up. Next week I'll take some while she's eating. Don't have a name yet, maybe manasadevi?
Here is a question: What's up with humidity, I know she'll need good humidity to shed. I keep my room very dry, since I live in a basement. What is a good humidity when she's not in shed, and any suggestions for raising humidity inside the vivarium?
