Bee pollen is nothing but a supplement for healthy lizaerds. What you have is just one more case of what we've all seen a million times too many, another starving import purchased by someone who knows no better. Damn, but I wonder about the goodness of this "hobby".
You'll have to try a variety of things to see which it will eat. Since it sounds like a dehydrated WC import you may want to try to get a fecal sample checked by a vet for parasites. They more often than not have this problem. Besides making it finicky it will keep it from gaining even if it does eat right.
Try a mix of F/T green beans and peas. These will help with rehydration, and if alternately dusted with calcium & vitamins may help.
I KNOW I'LL GET FLACK FOR THIS ONE, but also you can try a few crickets and waxworms to get it's appetite going. You may also need to get a plastic tip syringe and try to get some warm water in it. A previous topic addresses this topic.
