how do you hibernate?

like how do you keep them at such low temps constenly?

Here in Ohio, my basement gets cold enough in the winter to do the trick. Probably a few degrees warmer than ideal, especially for some species. But it cycles my ratsnakes pretty good. :D

I only cool my rattlesnake but I just put her in the garage. Its insulated and never gets to cold here, might dip down into the 20's once in a while but it normally stays in the low 50's in the garage. That's always worked for me.
