Plants tortoises eat?

How about Sansevaria. I read on a care sheet that it is good for star tortoises. I thought it was mildly toxic. Right now mine eat fresh grasses and mulberry leaves. They also get grocery greens sprinkled with dried hay and grass from Turtle Cafe. Sometimes hibiscus flowers too. I want my stars to be as healthy as possible. Any other suggestions?
