Early color change

This little one was yellow out of the egg, but looks to be turning more green with every shed. I think I might hold on to this one.

What did the parents look like? I love the green ones.

KenCasstevens Nov 02, 2006 03:05 PM

The parents didn't have a spec of yellow, or green on them. This buckskin female with red saddles is the mom.

And this is the father.

You know I love the both of these, but take the male outside the next warm day and take a photo of him, his color is so outstanding in person, this pic doesn't show that nice bright peach color he has in person.
I do love his offspring though, we will have to talk..lol..

Hey was it you who posted earlier this year that you had bred a WC male to an F1 Vivid Reptiles female? If so is there any chance you could post pics of the babies? If you already did I'm sorry I missed it but I would love to see them if possible.
If you are the right person I have already seen the father but I would also like to see pics of the mom too.

Hi, yes I posted a clutch photo but will repost. I will try and find the photo's of the mother.
thanks Michelle

Thanks, I really like those milksnake phases with the white, black and burgendy bands.

This guy started out very yellow as well.

Beautiful snake. He reminds me of a Vivid male I have that gets more olive green with every shed.
