just pool them and raise them as a community...saves a lot of time and effort.

I haven't dealt with azureus tads but from what I read the way your doing it is the safest since they are known to be cannibalistic.

Azureus are cannabolistic from my understind also. So I would continue with keeping them seperate. What I do is take a sink drian screen and pour the tads into it so that the water goes down the sink and the tad is in the screen. Then GENTLY place the tad into the new clean mason jar of fresh water. The whole process only takes a few minutes to change but it may take a few minutes to wash the dirty jars. Also you don't have to change the water DAILY. Every 2-3 days is plenty. This is what I do and I have yet to have any problem with my tads. Hope this helps a little.
