Bullfrog HELP

shuggie728 Nov 02, 2006 12:02 AM

I have a bullfrog that just morphed from a tadpol about 2 weeks ago... and I can't get it to eat crickets.
Am I offering it the wrong thing??
What else can I feed it? and are there any tricks???
HELP PLEASE!

Small probably 2 week crickets, small waxworms, maybe fly larva. Since it recently morphed it may still be used to an aquatic diet. As it gets bigger it will eat almost anything.
You can also try small pieces of hamburger held by tweezers/tong then watch to see if/how much it eats. Don't hover over it just stand back and watch.
Hope it helps.
