Have any of you fine folks found a good place to buy bulk tubs online?
I'm building a baby rack, and need some 12 quart tubs.
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. Cool website, but those prices would put the bighurt on my wallet!
They are cheaper at Walmart.

It's not the Reptile Tubs is expensive, it's that the Iris boxes they carry are of very high quality. The 12 qt. box market has been all over the place in the last several years. Many a poster has built a rack around a tub that size only to find that as the break for whatever reason they cannot find new tubs for the rack they so carefully built.
So I personally feel that the Iris tubs are an excellent value, simply because they are so much more durable than any other tub on the market. Well, the polycarbonate tubs from Rubbermaid and Cambro are more durable but they are extremely expensive. Iris tubs have not changed in years but even if they did you could buy a batch now and feel confident they will last as long as your rack.
I'll also add that Reptile Tubs is a great company. I have purchased Iris tubs from them and other places (Office Depot and The Container Store), but they are my preferred company to do business with.

Agreed - I just bought two of the large ve-175s (can't beat the price for a small adult boa cage) and am very happy with them. Super fast shipping and an outstanding packing job.

I'm sorry, but I did answer your question.
Chris said enough so I won't go there but you won't find Iris Tubs at Walmart, some stores carry the VE-175 Xmas Box but thats about it. This might help;
Vision also sells tubs.
So does ARS.
And Freedom Breeder.
And Target
Sorry Walmart doesn't offer tubs online.
Good Luck

No need to apologize. I'm just looking for the best price, and Walmart does not sell in bulk. Still, Walmart does have the best prices so far. I'm not worried about duribility. I don't plan on throwing them around! I'll still buy a few extra, just to have around.
Thanks for the help!

Then I suggest you try Big Lots, cheaper than walmart and they often have a lot of close out tubs along with a few current models. Stay away from tubs with molded feet, littel feet under the tubs. Sterilite makes a few models with continous feet individual make sure you get the right ones. Also their 1700 series have two tubs with equal heights so you can have one rack that serves two sizes. The 1900 series have 3 that are close in height.
Good Luck

It never ceases to amaze me how the snake manages to poop in those little feet. LOL. I do use the Walmart ones with the feet (cheapest around on the sweater size and the next one down is half size so I can alternate in my rack. For my hatchling rack I use the Target 1752. They are now $2 each so catch them on sale if you can. Do get extras. For drilling the holes I use a center drill without getting cracks. I was burning in the holes, but the center drill is easier and less toxic.
