The lockable lids I've been working on are finally done. I am very happy with the way they turned out.
I really like how the vents turned out. I had considered drilling a few holes in the plexi but I really didnt want to do that since I am hoping for babies and norpac babies are pretty darn small, and I was also worried about cracking if I had drilled vent holes.
The vents are 1" and have a real nice tight fit.

Fantastic job, Jason. I really like your lock mechanism. Where did you find that?
Love the crotes too. I had a small oreganus many years ago that I was keeping for someone while they were away. What a pleasureable animal that was.

I got the lock at a local hardware store. Its a drawer lock I believe.
The oreganus are very fun to keep. One is mine the other is on breeding loan from a friend.
