I recently changed from repti bark, which I'd used for the past year (he was also on reptibark before I got him), over to aspen shaving/litter bedding. Can this have any negative effects on my snake? He's blue right now, so he might just be sluggish due to that, but I'm still paranoid that the bedding change might have upset him....
