If I wanted to produce my own mice, what is the best thing to feed them in order to be nutritious enough for my snake? (I'm adopting another BP next friday, so I'll be feeding 2).

You can get lab grade rodent food very cheap, and it will keep them healthy. If you want to spoil them give them veggies as treats.

or similar would work. Buy a 50lb bag and it will last you forever and be much cheaper in the long run. Try your local feed store.

I use 2 bags a day plus other foods..I know people that use 6 bags a day.....and another that uses at least 12 or more.....they buy it by the skidload.....Ziegler's.....

Oh yea...you won't need this much........it will last.....

.I use lab chow,dog food,oats and whole corn.......plus the other stuff like some veggies,bird seed etc......

hamsters get nuts and sweet potatoes and white potatoes..

African rats love sweet potatoes....

nothing likes celery......

gerbils really don't like greens or many veggies at all.....sweet potatoe I think they like....they prefer seeds and nuts......and shred anything......

mice can be fed all lab chow.....and water.....they do well......

Best for raising rodents lab blocks and 3 way added..and it don't last for ever!..lol

seems strange I give my gerbils Romaine lettuce and they eat it!!!!!
