Sounds plenty big. My 20L tanks are about 30" long x 12" deep x 12" high.

At 20" tall, it may take a bit to heat, but certainly nothing insurmountable.

Plenty big... if anything maybe too big, but there'll be others that disagree with me on that.

Reptiles feel more secure in smaller spaces, and some animals (notice I said some) stress out when they are given too much room in a new environment and won't eat. As long as your animal eats, has hiding opportunities, thermal gradient etc in its new home you should be fine. If not, I'd move it to a smaller tank such as a 10 gallon temporarily to let it acclimate.

ok, if I am gonna get one, its definatly going to be in a smaller vivaruim to make it feel more comformtible as a baby, when it gets bigger I might move it into the bigger one, if not, I'll just sell the big vivaruim. We shall see...

My little guy started out in a 20, and he's been running around just fine.
