In a tank that size with aspen, there's a pretty good chance that he's "gone" a time or two and you just don't know it. Since you are feeding pinks, I assume you got a baby. If he seems ready to eat 3 or 4 days after you have fed him, that's OK for the little ones. Most of their energy goes into growth and there's not much risk of your baby corn getting fat. Once he gets some size to him, once a week is great. My '06 hatchlings are now eating every 4-5 days unless they are in shed. Sounds like you have the setup under control. Some will tell you that a smaller tank is better for babies, but as long as there's plenty of places to hide, you should be fine. Duffy
