New Picture of our Herd

sd2fast4u Nov 05, 2006 05:06 PM

Here is a new picture of our herd of Sulcatas. Abner and Abney are about 3&1/2 years old. E.T. was kindly given to us by a very nice lady who found her wandering in a park in Washington D.C. Fred and Wilma were purchased from Craig in Fla. Via Kingsnake.com (Betty was purchased at the same time, but she has since run away...We miss her) Birdy and Strawberry also came from Craig in Fla. Via Kingsnake.com. one was a gift for Tortoise sitting during a hurricane and the other was purchased so that th eother would have a friend his/her size. We love all of our torts very much and plan on keeping them and willing them to our children.

What a great picture!!
I have got to get my DH to look at it. He's worried that if those eggs hatch then I'll want to keep one baby. He thinks we can't handle yet another but like the vet keeps saying if they do hatch.. who could resist one? They are so cute when they are babies & if our eggs hatch it'd be the baby of our baby.
How could we not be grandparents to one of them?
LOL

Here you actually do have a herd & you're doing ok with it!
