Welp - I'm not feeling creative enough to write a collared story, so that leaves me with a picture. And since she's way too squirrelly and bitey to sit with me for a picture, this is what you get - wary looks through the glass. I'm sure she'd be fine if I handled her more. She's totally fearless - she isn't afraid of me, just doesn't like to be bothered. Since she was a little zippy from when I first got her, I chose not to handle her too much. If she got away from me, the cats would eat her in a second and I don't want to risk that!
We moved her cage the other day, so I caught her to move her to a box while the cage was shifted. I cupped her in my two hands and she tumbled like she was in a dryer and must have bitten me at least three times. She's FEISTY!

Oh my goodness! That is a fiesty little girl. how funny.
My Peanut took me by surprise a couple years ago. My vet and I had been treating a tail injury with topical antibiotics and bandages. Once, when he had her in his hand to tighten the bandage he'd just changed, she turned around and bit him unexpectedly on the finger. She'd never bitten anyone before. She startled the poor vet so badly he yanked his hand back with lizard still attached, and I saw her go flying up in the air with his hand. I couldn't figure out what the heck was going on. Thank goodness he didn't drop her--or either she didn't let go of him. She never hit the floor.
He and I had a good laugh over that one. And she was raised by me from a baby, too. Some of them just have attitude. Peanut would have even more if she weren't so darned fat.

There was a lovely yellow lizard, who could have been a star, but instead she had a whim, to drive a little green car.
She drove, and drove, around the town , up the street and then right down.
She ended up at the door, keys in hand, and said NO more,
I want to live here with you Eve, no more driving, I'll never
Leave.
