House windows

I was thinking of ordered dual sliding windows for my new cage. I have an opening of 12 - 15 feet and want to use these windows as they are double pane and have reflective properties to keep in heat, not to mention made of vinyl and slide open sideways with locks. They are about $245 each, will need 2 or 4 depending on one floor or 2, did away with a walk in as hard to heat. Anyone do this before?

Sorta but I used a window I found curbside. I think the best option is Sliding by pass windows. They make tracks and roller frames for Glass that when used together work awesome and are probally cheaper than the cost of a new window. That and you will be able to open both sides of the window with bypass doors. Sometimes with Home window replacements only one half slides making cleaning a bit difficult even in large enclosures.

I myself am constructing 2 280 cubic foot enclosures this winter the openigs will be 1/4 laminated glass fitted with aluminum rollers and tracks.

Good Luck
