Help Id My Toad

This is my toad that I caught outside my house hanging around our pool. I have no idea what kind he/she is so I'm hoping you all could potentially help me. He/she was caught in southern Maine, if that helps. And could you tell me if my setup is adequete? Thanks in advance.

Here is the tank. It's a ten gallon with repti-bark. The bark is kept sopping wet at all times. I'll be switching to moss soon. There a big water dish for drinking and soaking. One hide, and some decor. Any tips of what I should do?
