is it possible to mate both amelanistic snakes? I heard that some kind of types are sterile.

Yes. Amel to amel produces 100% amel hatchlings, assuming no hidden compatible morphs in th parent animals.

There are no sterile mophs in cornsnakes of which I am aware.
