They're adorable?
Seriously though, I have found mine to be very similar to collareds in temperament and husbandry requirements. Not exactly the same, but enough alike to have caught my attention as soon as I saw one. They're pretty charming little beasts.

they have a pair in my local rep place, VERY pretty little things, they've been in there for months, which is a shame because they'd make brilliant pets too
