Size question...

WEEBEASTIES Nov 09, 2006 02:22 PM

What types of aquatic turtles stay small (not bigger than 8 inches). I know sliders often reach 12 inches and can be difficult to house properly. I'm looking for something smaller. Any suggestions?

Male painted turtles remain smaller than 8 inches, the females are larger but not 12 inches.
Mud & musk turtles remain smaller than 8 inches & I believe the Vietnamese leaf turtles are also smaller like mud & musk.
That's about all I can think of off the top of my head.
