Best time of year to get a good deal?

In everyone's opinion when do you think would be the best time of year to get the best deals on morphs/package deals?

I would say the best time to buy a male is in the spring. Many people are getting rid of proven breeders as they are upgrading their own males.

Females, I would say best time to buy is as a hatchling, if you raise your own rats that is. Cheaper to buy and grow than to buy as an adult.
